Peter Wise
Chairman (Executive)
In 1975 Peter Wise became minority shareholder in The Anthony Group of Companies (known by its acronym Tag) which in the 1980’s acquired and developed several private and listed public company subsidiaries. In 1985 he successfully acquired majority control.
Peter Wise has held a large number of directorships over the years including Chairman of Boustead International Ltd, Zip Housewares Ltd, BIL Link Trust and Lectrica Holdings Ltd. He is currently Chairman of Tag Pacific Limited and a director of IBA Health Group Limited.
Nathan WiseHead of Corporate Development
Nathan Wise joined Tag Pacific Limited in July 2003 to head up corporate development. Since joining the team he has been instrumental in all aspects of the company’s activities including strategy, identification and management of acquisitions and corporate transactions.
Prior to joining Tag, he was a commercial lawyer at Landerer & Company, a boutique Sydney law firm. During this time he was involved in all manner of corporate and commercial matters.
Nathan Wise is a Masters of Laws graduate and a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) graduate from the University of NSW and is a member of the New South Wales Law Society.
John Marinos
Head of Finance
John Marinos joined the Tag Group in July 2006 as Head of Finance after a period in which he consulted to Tag subsidiaries and associates.
Prior to joining Tag, he gained experience in the accounting profession working with firms such as Ernst & Young providing corporate taxation and structuring advice for large corporates across a range of industries.
John Marinos is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, a member of the Society of CPA’s, is a Masters of Tax graduate and Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) graduate from the University of NSW.
The senior executive team works closely with the executives and management of the companies in which Tag has invested.
The Tag Group has around 300 employees in its subsidiary and associated companies, excluding the IBA Health Group which itself has approximately 3,500 employees.
